12/02/2024Jaén's metropolitan public transport closed 2023 with nearly 1.5 million passengers (1,429,263) and recorded the best year in history with a growth of 40% compared to the previous year. The Minister of Development, Territorial Articulation and Housing, Rocio Diaz Jiménez, has expressed satisfaction with the “excellent performance” of demand from the Jaén Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium, which has comfortably exceeded the pre-pandemic figures.
